-Product Associate

Cobalt Racing Brakes designs and manufactures championship winning brake pads for professional and amateur automotive racing. We are looking for an upbeat, motivated, detail oriented individual to join our Team as a Production Associate. 

Primary responsibilities include operating and assisting in the maintenance of various machine tools: CNC Waterjet, Drill Press, Abrasive Blasting Cabinet, Belt Sander, etc. Secondary tasks include setup for production processes, general cleaning of workspaces, organization of tools and components, etc. You will work in a structured, yet dynamic and fast-paced environment alongside a 20 year motorsports industry veteran performing key steps within our production process. Qualified candidates must be receptive to guidance, organized and able to focus on the task at hand.

Physical Requirements: (a) able to lift up to 50lbs, (b) comfortable being on your feet for 75% of the day, (c) working in an ambient, non-air conditioned environment.

College diploma and prior manufacturing experience is not required.
-Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
-Work shift is 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday with a paid lunch from 12-12:30pm each day.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
-8 hour shift
-Monday to Friday
